Returns and Refunds

Returns and exchanges are not supported if customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

Refund Window

Customers in the United States of America have the right to request a refund for the product if damaged or defective within 30 days of the delivery date.

Refund Instructions

Notify Us: To initiate a refund, email our customer service at [email protected] with your order number and the reason.

Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will send detailed instructions.

Specific Conditions for Refunds:

Defective Products: If the product is defective, contact us immediately and include photos of defective item.  will provide a replacement or

refund. There is no need to return the damaged product.

Damaged Goods: Notify us within 48 hours of receiving damaged goods and provide photos.

Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong product, contact us and we will send the correct product.

Non-Delivery: If your order hasn’t arrived, contact us to initiate a courier investigation. If unresolved, we’ll issue a refund or replacement.

Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours after order placement. Because all of our products are unique and produced only

once ordered, after 24 hours, cancellations, refunds and exchanges are not supported.

Refund Timelines and Processing

Refund Window: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. No need to return the item.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
